This role will focus on building and managing end-to-end learning programs for fresh graduates as well as existing employees including executive management.The ideal candidate should be capable of independently designing structured development programs from scratch supported by strong documentation learning frameworks and measurable outcomes.Qualifications and Skills7 years of experience in HR/ Training & Development preferably within an IT or technology-driven organizationStrong understanding of IT roles technical skill requirements and learning pathwaysProven ability to design training programs independently from scratchStrong documentation structuring and content development capabilitiesExperience working with fresh graduates and early-career talentExposure to HR processes related to learning performance and capability developmentsExcellent communication stakeholder management and facilitation skillsRoles and Responsibilities1. Training & Development Programs for FreshersDesign and execute structured onboarding and development programs for freshers placed across different IT and business departmentsAssess fresher skill levels learning gaps and development areas and create customized learning pathsDevelop role-based and department-specific training modules (technical functional and behavioral)Independently create:Training frameworks and learning roadmapsProgram calendars and schedulesAssessment and evaluation mechanismsPrepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including:Training plans and manualsLearning content outlinesSkill matrices and progress tracking reportsCoordinate with internal stakeholders and department heads to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements2. Training & Development Programs for Existing EmployeesPlan and manage continuous learning and development initiatives for employees across all levelsDesign organization-wide and unit-level training programs aligned with business goalsCollaborate with executive management to identify capability gaps and design leadership development programsSupport development programs for:Technical upskillingFunctional and role-based enhancementLeadership and managerial capabilityMonitor training effectiveness using feedback assessments and performance indicatorsRequired Experience:Manager#J-18808-Ljbffr
