HR ManagerSector: Oil and Gas, manufacturingWork Location: Mussafah, Abu DhabiApplicants must already be located inside the UAE to be considered for this opportunity.Work Schedule: 6 days per week Sunday to FridaySalary: AED 22-30K pm + Medical Insurance for self + Annual Flight for self + Visa for self + Bonus (discretionary, performance based)About the Company:An international oil and gas manufacturing and industrial business with an operational facility located in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi.Required Profile:7+ years professional HR experience in the UAE including proven track record in an HR Manager role.Must have experience in dealing with the UAE ministry of law and be familiar with UAE labour laws.Previous experience in handling blue collar workforce.Expertise with managing people, employee relations, handling visas and licensing renewals, holidays/annual leaves.The ideal candidate will come from oil and gas, construction contracting, manufacturing or steel sectors where you have volume hiring and a large blue collar workforce.Languages:Fluent in English is a must, Arabic is advantageous.Education:Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or even Engineering (or similar).SkillsHRHR ManagerUAE labour lawblue collarOil and Gasmanufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
