HR Manager

<div><h3>Work Schedule</h3><p>6 days per week Sunday to Friday with Saturdays off. Work timings: 7.30am to 4.15pm</p><h3>Salary</h3><p>AED 25-30K per month total cash package + Employee Only Benefits: visa, medical insurance, annual flight + Annual Bonus (discretionary based on performance)</p><h3>Required Profile</h3><p>7-10 years experience in HR within the UAE</p><p>Must come from a HR background working for an oil&gas, construction contracting, industrial, manufacturing company.</p><p>Strong understanding of UAE labour laws</p><p>Must have proven track record in dealing with MOL, ministries and governmental authorities.</p><p>Experience in dealing with blue collar personnel from hiring to visas to accommodation arrangements.</p><p>Expertise across the HR topics such as employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, performance management, L&D, and leadership&succession planning.</p><h3>Languages</h3><p>Arabic language fluency</p><h3>Education</h3><p>Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar</p><p>CIPD or any HR professional qualifications will be a nice to have</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
