Job Description

<div><p>Responsible for building and leading the HR function across the Middle East&Africa region, supporting business expansion from 0 to 1 and through subsequent growth phases. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, driving talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR systems to enhance organizational effectiveness and productivity in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Organization&HR System:</b>Build and continuously optimize the HR framework for MEA, ensuring effective localization of HQ policies and improving organizational efficiency.</li><li><b>Talent Acquisition:</b>Lead recruitment for key roles and establish local talent pipelines to support rapid business expansion.</li><li><b>Performance&Incentives:</b>Develop and implement performance management and incentive systems to drive results and business growth.</li><li><b>Employee Relations&Compliance:</b>Manage employee relations and labor risks, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and regulations.</li><li><b>HR Business Partnering:</b>Partner closely with business leaders to support workforce planning, cost control, and organizational effectiveness.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or above, with 8+ years of HR experience and 3+ years in a managerial role.</li><li>Experience in overseas markets or managing multicultural teams; Middle East experience preferred.</li><li>Background in retail, FMCG, or e‑commerce is a plus.</li><li>Familiar with UAE labor law and HR compliance practices.</li><li>Fluent in English as a working language.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong balance of strategic thinking and execution, with the ability to drive results in complex environments.</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with strong resilience under pressure.</li><li>Proven experience in building HR systems from 0 to 1 or during rapid expansion.</li><li>Strong cross‑cultural communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
