HR manager job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAEin the HR fieldWe are looking for a highly qualified and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate must have at least three years of experience working in the Human Resources field, and preferably have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.The primary duties of the HR Manager will include developing and implementing human resources policies, procedures and strategies; managing recruitment processes; motivating staff; providing guidance on employee relations matters; monitoring employee performance; organizing training sessions and seminars; reviewing job descriptions to align with business objectives; and creating and managing staff development programs.We offer an attractive salary package of 1500 AED per month, commensurate with experience.
