The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and be capable of managing recruitment, onboarding, and training processes effectively.The main responsibilities include:Developing and implementing talent management strategiesRecruiting, onboarding, and training new employeesManaging employee relationsCreating policies and proceduresEnsuring compliance with labor lawsAnalyzing data and generating reportsImplementing performance management systemsReporting to upper managementThe ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of HR management experience in a related field, a degree in Human Resources Management or a similar discipline, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and experience with HRIS systems.
