Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team and lead the company's Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring they are aligned with the business's goals and organizational culture. As an HR Manager, you will be instrumental in driving key initiatives and projects that support employee engagement, talent development, recruitment strategies, and compliance with all relevant regulations. You will act as a bridge between the organization's management and its employees, fostering a positive working environment that promotes productivity and employee satisfaction.
