Job Description
PositionChristian Dior Couture is seeking an HR Intern to support the Human Resources function across our retail network in Qatar. This role offers structured exposure to HR operations within a luxury Maison, working closely with the Senior HR Manager on people processes, reporting, and employee lifecycle management.Job ResponsibilitiesHR Operations and Employee LifecycleSupport onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliancePrepare HR letters and official communicationsMaintain employee files, both digital and physical, in line with internal standardsMonitor probation confirmations, contract renewals, and mobility updatesEnsure HR trackers are accurate and up to dateInterview CoordinationCoordinate with the Talent Acquisition Manager on interviews between candidates and hiring managersPrepare structured interview packs and evaluation templatesEnsure smooth scheduling and follow upMaintain updated recruitment progress reportsHR Reporting and AnalyticsSupport preparation of monthly HR reports and management presentationsAssist in analyzing workforce data and identifying trendsHR Projects and InitiativesSupport preparation of workshop materials and internal HR presentationsAssist in organizing HR initiatives and focus groupsContribute to at least one independent HR project during the internshipProfileUniversity student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong Excel and PowerPoint skillsStructured, detail oriented, and organizedDiscreet and comfortable handling confidential informationProfessional communication skills in EnglishWhat This Internship OffersDirect exposure to HR leadership in a luxury retail environmentHands on experience in analytics and employee lifecycle managementParticipation in strategic HR discussions and initiatives#J-18808-Ljbffr
