This has made ESAB a world leader in consumable products and equipment for use in the cutting, joining and automated welding, as well as gas control equipment, providing a wide range of products with innovative technologies to solve challenges in a wide range of industries.</p><p><strong>Role Overview- HR Intern (Recruitment&Talent Acquisition)</strong></p><p>We’re looking for a motivated<strong>HR Intern</strong>with 1–2 years of experience to join our team and support key HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.</p><p>The individual will be fully responsible for:</p><ul><li>Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms</li><li>Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts</li><li>Screen resumes and application forms</li><li>Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates</li><li>Post, update job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks</li><li>Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies</li><li>Participate in organizing company events and careers days</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><strong><em>Education Requirements</em></strong></p><ul><li>Recently completed bachelor’s degree and/or Professional Certification in HR or Psychology</li></ul><p><strong><em>Technical Requirements</em></strong></p><ul><li>Advanced MS Excel skills</li><li>Familiarity with HRIS, ATS&resume databases.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical skills</li><li>Good communication skills and proactive</li><li>Familiarity with Accounting Software</li><li>Team player who could work cross functionally</li></ul><p><strong><em>Experience Requirements</em></strong></p><ul><li>0-2 years in a position relating to HR field preferred.</li><li>Prior experience in supporting HR functions including recruitment and talent acquisition.</li></ul><p><strong><em>Language Requirements</em></strong></p><ul><li>Arabic speakers with excellent communication skill in English required.</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><p>A proactive team player who is eager to grow in HR and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
