This has made ESAB a world leader in consumable products and equipment for use in the cutting, joining and automated welding, as well as gas control equipment, providing a wide range of products with innovative technologies to solve challenges in a wide range of industries.Role Overview- HR Intern (Recruitment & Talent Acquisition)We’re looking for a motivated HR Intern with 1–2 years of experience to join our team and support key HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.The individual will be fully responsible for:Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment formsGather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accountsScreen resumes and application formsSchedule and confirm interviews with candidatesPost, update job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networksReview and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copiesParticipate in organizing company events and careers daysRequirements:Education RequirementsRecently completed bachelor’s degree and/or Professional Certification in HR or PsychologyTechnical RequirementsAdvanced MS Excel skillsFamiliarity with HRIS, ATS & resume databases.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical skillsGood communication skills and proactiveFamiliarity with Accounting SoftwareTeam player who could work cross functionallyExperience Requirements0-2 years in a position relating to HR field preferred.Prior experience in supporting HR functions including recruitment and talent acquisition.Language RequirementsArabic speakers with excellent communication skill in English required.What We’re Looking For:A proactive team player who is eager to grow in HR and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
