Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and well-rounded HR Generalist to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UAE Labour Law hands-on experience across key HR functions and a proactive approach to supporting both employees and management. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policiesSupport day-to-day HR operations including onboarding offboarding and employee lifecycle administrationCoordinate visa applications renewals and cancellations with the PRO or internal admin teamMaintain employee records and ensure HRIS data is up-to-date and accurateSupport payroll preparation by collecting and verifying relevant information (attendance leave deductions)Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings screening interview scheduling and offer lettersSource candidates through various channels such as job portals LinkedIn and referralsAssist with employee relations matters and support resolution of grievances and disciplinary casesSupport training coordination employee engagement initiatives and internal communicationsHandle medical insurance enrollments cancelations and claims coordinationPrepare HR reports and dashboards as requiredProvide support to managers and employees on HR policies and proceduresSupport training coordination employee engagement initiatives and internal communicationsSupport end-to-end recruitment for FB Hospitality and Corporate roles RequirementsMinimum of 3-5 years HR and Recruitment experience in Dubai.
