About the roleAdvanced Formwork Co. Ltd (Doka) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Generalist (Saudi National) to join our versatile team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the recruitment of selected positions (advertising, short listing, interviewing and selection process)Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitionsSupport training and development initiatives in collaboration with department headsMaintain and update employee records.Prepare employment letters and other HR related documents.Support with health insurance administration and the annual renewal process.Monitor and manage employees’ leave, medical and other benefits as well as time management.Coordinate (business) travel arrangements for employees.Support employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.Prepare and maintain HR reports as requiredEnsure compliance with applicable labor laws and always company policies.Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects.QualificationsOnly Saudi Nationals can be considered for this role.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.3-5 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on recruitment as well as learning and developmentProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with HR software or systems, ideally SAP, SmartRecruiters.Strong interpersonal skills to handle diverse interactions professionally.Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail, ability to multitask, and manage time effectively.Proactive and self-motivated with a customer-oriented mindset.High level of integrity and discretion when dealing with sensitive informationBenefitsDynamic working environment where teamwork, innovation, and personal development are valued.Training and continuous development of employees to maintain a high level of expertise and competitiveness, as well as opportunities for advancement#J-18808-Ljbffr
