<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>Advanced Formwork Co. Ltd (Doka) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Generalist (Saudi National) to join our versatile team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Join a reputed international company recognized as a Great Place to Work, and become part of a multicultural team that values collaboration, innovation, and personal development.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Drive the recruitment of selected positions (advertising, short listing, interviewing and selection process).</li><li>Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.</li><li>Support training and development initiatives in collaboration with department heads.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records.</li><li>Prepare employment letters and other HR related documents.</li><li>Support with health insurance administration and the annual renewal process.</li><li>Monitor and manage employees’ leave, medical and other benefits as well as time management.</li><li>Coordinate (business) travel arrangements for employees.</li><li>Support employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.</li><li>Prepare and maintain HR reports as required.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.</li><li>Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Only Saudi Nationals can be considered for this role.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.</li><li>3-5 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on recruitment as well as learning and development.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Familiarity with HR software or systems, ideally SAP, SmartRecruiters.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills to handle diverse interactions professionally.</li><li>Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail, ability to multitask, and manage time effectively.</li><li>Proactive and self-motivated with a customer-oriented mindset.</li><li>High level of integrity and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.</li></ul><h3>About the company</h3><p>Doka is a world leader in providing innovative formwork, solutions and services in all areas of construction.
