Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, references, and social media Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates Manage offer rollouts and onboarding process HR Generalist Activities: Maintain employee records and HR documentation Support payroll inputs and attendance management Handle employee engagement activities and initiatives Address employee queries and ensure smooth HR operations Assist in policy implementation and HR compliance Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Hands-on experience in recruitment Knowledge of HR operations and processes Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines Proficiency in MS Office What We Offer: Opportunity to work with a reputed Oil & Gas organization Exposure to diverse HR functions Growth-oriented and professional work environment Eligibility: MBA in HR (Mandatory) 1-3 years of relevant HR experience
