The ideal candidate will be proficient in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, with a particular focus on IT and SAP recruitment. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing HR processes, supporting a dynamic workforce, and fostering a positive workplace culture.</p><blockquote><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3></blockquote><ol><li>Recruitment and Onboarding:<ul><li><span>Assist in the recruitment end to end process, with a focus on SAP roles within the software industry and work with a recruiter.</span></li><li>Manage the onboarding process for new professionals, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.</li></ul></li><li>Employee Relations:<ul><li>Address employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.</li></ul><ul><li>Foster a positive working environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives tailored to the software industry.</li></ul></li><li>Performance Management:<ul><li>Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating with managers and employees.</li></ul></li><li>Compliance and Policy Implementation:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations across the offices of Inflexion spread across the different countries in Continental Asia.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with the needs of the software industry.</li></ul></li><li>HR Analytics and Reporting:<ul><li>Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.</li></ul><ul><li>Generate reports and provide HR metrics to support decision-making within the software industry context.</li></ul></li><li>Employee Engagement:<ul><li>Organize and participate in employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and other initiatives that contribute to a positive workplace culture, with a focus on the unique needs of software professionals.</li></ul></li><li>Exit Process:<ul><li>Manage the exit process, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring proper documentation.</li></ul></li></ol><blockquote><h3><strong>Required Qualifications&Skills:</strong></h3></blockquote><ol><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>4-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role within the software industry, with a strong emphasis on IT and SAP recruitment.</li><li>Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.</li><li>Knowledge laws and regulations.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in HR software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.</li></ol>#J-18808-Ljbffr
