It is also the parent company of multiple F&B concepts such as Caya, Two At Symphony, Karak House, Parka, Social House, Gia, Markette, Carpo, and Angelina under its umbrella.Dubai • Full time • ONSITEJob DescriptionJob Summary: HR Coordinator is responsible for handling various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee lifecycle, training and development, and performance monitoring. She/He administers HR programs, policies and processes for issues such as employee relations, welfare, engagement, CSR and budgeting.Job ResponsibilitiesProviding support to the Manager and HBRP on the full spectrum of HR Ops such as employee relations, employee database management, promotions and transfers.Assist in employee relations and act as the point of contact for employees regarding concerns with attendance, HRMS and company policies.Review and analyse data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve attraction, performance, retention and engagement.Diligently monitor, track and refine key metrics within the employee lifecycle from recruitment to off‑boarding.Develop and implement key performance management tools such as KPIs, Balanced Score Cards and RAG scores.Assist the SHRM with HR projects (salary survey, success profiling, market research, JD, forms update, audit files).Assist in hiring activities from requisition meetings to onboarding of candidates.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Public Relations or any other related field.Good English communication skills.Good stakeholder management skills and ability to build strong relationships at different levels within an organization.Good computer skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
