Role & responsibilitiesMinimum of 3+years experience in Compensation & Benefits areas in FMCG/ManufacturingIndustry, preferably with MNCs specific into Compensation & Benefits, good understanding oncomplete Employee Life Cycle, HR Operations & HRMS, best practices.Preferred candidate profileStrong working knowledge of MS Office and demonstrated proficiency in the following applications: word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook and HRIS for payroll workflows.
