Job Description

Employee On-boardingOrganizing induction for new joinees & coordinating with Division heads until execution.Assist with the new-hire on-boarding process; prepare orientation roaster, prepare employee files, coordinate with other departments, collect required documents – internal forms, administrative forms, etc.Personnel files / DocumentationRegular updates of HR folders / HR documentations efficiently.Prepares HR documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies & guidelines.Process HR related expenses for payment.Forwarding documents related to business travel authorization, or HR & GA related approvals to management.Leave ManagementKeeping track of attendance & leave records.Updating / handling of the personnel leaves.Updating the internal leave / absence schedule effectively.Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc.Payroll file preparationPreparing & updating monthly payroll sheet.Updating Accrual / Accrual Summary file (Leave, Bonus, Gratuity, Airfare).Documenting and submitting the file.InsuranceUpdating the insurance records (for Employee & Dependents).Maintaining timely annual renewal.Updating the insurance companies with new joiner’s addition and leavers removal.Monitoring any concerns raised by employees and liaising with the insurance company and finding out a solution.Other Administrative dutiesTo maintain the office & pantry supplies by handling the suppliers.Preparing the payment requisitions on time.Handles vendor relationships and invoice processing.Provides day-to-day benefits administration services, assisting employees with any claim issues.Other dutiesProvide assistance as needed with recruiting including, but not limited to scheduling interviews, conducting phone screens, conducting candidate assessments and updating applicant information.Event assistance (Recruiting events, CSR events and internal company events).Assisting in internal events and HR plan execution.Other duties as assigned.#J-18808-Ljbffr
