This senior leadership position is accountable for shaping and delivering the organisation’s people strategy to support business growth and transformation.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Partner closely with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with commercial priorities.</li><li>Provide expert guidance on organisational structure, workforce optimisation, and people-related risks.</li><li>Drive long-term workforce planning to enable sustainable growth and scalability.</li><li>Design and implement succession pipelines and leadership development frameworks.</li><li>Establish frameworks that promote accountability, performance excellence, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Oversee employee engagement initiatives and monitor key people metrics to enhance retention and satisfaction.</li><li>Introduce structured learning programs to enhance both technical and leadership capabilities.</li><li>Develop and maintain competitive compensation frameworks aligned with market benchmarks.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with applicable labour laws and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.</li><li>Oversee HR policies, systems, and operational processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.</li><li>Utilise data and analytics to support informed decision-making and workforce insights.</li><li>Lead and support organisational change initiatives, including restructuring and digital transformation programs.</li><li>Work with business leaders to manage change effectively and minimise disruption.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Over 15+ years of progressive experience in HR positions, managing a team.</li><li>You MUST have extensive experience in HR, including a significant period in a senior leadership capacity.</li><li>Experience working for multinationals, Tech/IT is desirable.</li><l>Ideally have experience working in a matrix reporting structure.<li>Strong expertise in modern HR practices, organisational design, and talent management.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead geographically dispersed and culturally diverse teams.</li></l></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
