HR Director

OverviewOne of the region's leading companies is looking to hire an experienced HR Director to work very closely with the GM in leading and developing the HR function for the MENA region, both strategically and operationally. Our client are a well known global brand who are experiencing a growth period in the region therefore are looking for a suitable experienced individual with strong business acumen to drive the regional side of the business forward.ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will be to head up the HR function and focus extensively on training, development, recruitment and employee engagement for all senior level positions. You will be involved in succession planning, developing manpower plans as well as organisational development. You will also build a highly capable HR team and partner with MENA management to ensure the delivery of the strategic business plan.QualificationsAs the successful candidate you should have a strong MNC background and previous exposure to the FMCG sector. You should also have a minimum of eight years managerial experience within this industry sector and be very hands on in your approach.
