Job Description As an HR Data & Insight Analyst at ERM, you will play a crucial role in providing data analysis to the Regional HR Director, the regional HR team, and the wider regional leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Integrating finance, sales, and HR data to create integrated insights for driving commercial decisions.
- Designing and implementing the HR data analytics roadmap.
- Compiling a quarterly 'HR Health Metrics' data pack for the EMEA leadership team, showcasing performance against hiring, retention, high talent turnover, pay differentiation by skill sets, etc.
- Supporting the EMEA HR Senior Leadership team by providing data and analysis during key events such as compensation cycles, talent reviews, and balanced scorecard settings.
- Responding to ad-hoc data requests and assisting in developing a data self-service approach for the EMEA HR teams.
- Creating slides to present data effectively.
- Ensuring that existing Workday dashboards are suitable for their purpose and identifying future needs proactively.
About you:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills, knowledge, experience, and attributes:
- Intermediate to expert level proficiency in Excel functions.
- Beneficial experience in PowerBI or a similar platform.
- Proficiency in creating and running reports in Workday or other HRIS systems.
- Ability to work with multiple data sources effectively.
- Experience in addressing standard operational challenges such as data accuracy, user adoption, and adherence to processes.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data management principles.
- Previous experience in creating and running reports in Workday or other HRIS systems would be advantageous.
