Leave ManagementMaintain and monitor employee leave records.Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of leave balances.2. Passport Release CoordinationHandle employee passport release requests.Maintain proper documentation and tracking of passport movements.3. Insurance Claim SettlementCoordinate with insurance providers for claim processing.Follow up on claim status and ensure timely settlements.4. Disciplinary ActionsAssist in handling employee disciplinary cases.Maintain records and documentation related to disciplinary procedures.5. Employee Loan ProcessingPrepare and process employee loan requests.Track repayments and maintain accurate loan records.Prepare employment letters, certificates, and other HR documents.Ensure accuracy and timely issuance.Update and track new residency and renewal dates.Maintain accurate visa records for all employees.Prepare and maintain the Emirates ID typing expense sheet.Ensure proper documentation and cost tracking.8. New Joiner TrackingMaintain and update the new joiner tracker.Ensure smooth onboarding coordination.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2–4 years of experience in an HR coordination or administrative role.Strong knowledge of HR processes and UAE labor practices is preferred.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.Job SpecificationAnusankar Anupkumar (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of HR Coordinator in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Jebel Ali - United Arab Emirates.
