Job Description

Position ObjectiveThe position is responsible for HRMS software implementation across Apparel Group and improvise the same in terms of configuration and customization as per the business requirement.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support in developing HRMS softwareAssist in the review of data in HRMS to ensure 100% accuracyFollow all processes defined in the project including system administrationEnsure data integrity and accuracy of employee and organization information through periodic reviews and auditsCollaborate with other HRMS users (Payroll, Accounting, Projects, etc.)Update employee information, documents, etc. in the HRMS manually avoiding an Excel upload from the vendor sideProvide the user details to all employees for HRMS accessEnsure the internal workflow mapping for all employees are updated accordinglyReport preparationHandle queries related to HRMS for employeesAbout the CompanyApparel Group#J-18808-Ljbffr
