Job Description

ResponsibilitiesSingle point of contact for all employees and managers on HR mattersProvide proactive HR guidance and ensure compliance with policies standards and legal requirementsInterface with Business Area HR internal business and the external payroll providerManage the full recruiting cycle from job posting to contract preparationCoordinate talent and performance management processes and followup actionsMaintain accurate employee data in HR systems and ensure auditready data qualityPrepare HR documents (contracts certificates letters)Drive local regional implementation of organizational and HR changesImplement new HR systems tools and processesLead sitespecific HR projectsCoordinate external office services and ensure a safe wellfunctioning work environmentSupport the growth in the MENA region with HR activitiesQualificationsMasters degree in Human Resources or a related fieldMinimum 3years of HR experience ideally in an international or multicultural environmentStrong knowledge of local labor law and social regulationsProven experience in project management and intercultural collaborationExcellent communication analytical and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple topics simultaneously and apply effective prioritization methodsPractical mindset autonomy initiative and strong service orientationAbility to work in a complex evolving environmentEnjoys teamwork cooperation and building trustful relationshipsStrong multitasking skillsFluency in English spoken and writtenAdditional InformationReady to drive with Continental Take the first step and fill in the online application.Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
