HR Business Partner Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner Manager to lead and align human resource initiatives with business objectives. The HRBP Manager will act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams driving people strategies that enhance performance culture and employee engagement across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders aligning HR strategies with business goals.Lead workforce planning, talent management and organizational development initiatives.Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management and change management.Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) on compensation, learning & development and talent acquisition.Leverage HR data and analytics to support business decisions and improve people performance.Champion a culture of inclusion, employee engagement and high performance.Lead HR projects related to restructuring, succession planning and leadership development.Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies and ethical standards.Coach and mentor HRBPs or junior HR staff as needed.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (Masters preferred).6 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a business partner or managerial role.Proven experience in organizational development, employee relations and HR strategy.Strong knowledge of HR laws, practices and HRIS systems (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).Exceptional interpersonal communication and influencing skills.Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and drive change.Analytical mindset with the ability to use HR metrics to inform decisions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
