The role drives ENGIE’s people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and cultural transformation while ensuring alignment with corporate priorities.Reporting LineReports to: CHRO GCC & IMEAKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic PartnershipTranslate business priorities into effective people strategies.Deliver strategic insights on workforce planning, organization design, succession, and capability building.Talent & PerformanceLead annual performance & talent cycles.Develop succession plans and identify high‑potential talent.Partner with Talent Acquisition to drive strategic hiring and DEI objectives.Employee Experience & EngagementPromote ENGIE’s purpose, values, and leadership model.Lead wellbeing and engagement programs.Strengthen diverse, equitable, and inclusive people processes.Employee Relations & Policy GovernanceManage complex ER cases across GCC jurisdictions.Ensure compliance with labour regulations and ENGIE policies.Organizational Development & ChangeSupport transformation programs and restructuring.Drive continuous improvement and modern ways of working.HR OperationsOversee onboarding, mobility, compensation cycles, and governance.Partner with COEs and HR Shared Services for seamless HR delivery.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in HR or related field.5–8 years HRBP experience in multinational or matrixed environments.Solid understanding of GCC labour regulations.Strategic influence and stakeholder management.High emotional intelligence and relationship‑building capability.Strong analytical and HR data acumen.Ability to operate in dynamic, multicultural environments.Why this matters to usOur organisation is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
