As the market leader in advanced currency management, would you like to join us in shaping the future of payments?Scope and PurposeWe are seeking a proactive, structured, and people‑oriented HR Business Partner to support our employees and leaders in Algeria.This hybrid role combines strategic and operational HRBP responsibilities with preparatory payroll tasks and partial involvement in recruitment processes.You will collaborate closely with local management, international HR teams, and external payroll providers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working autonomously, improving HR processes, and shaping a positive employee experience.Job ResponsibilitiesHR Business PartneringProvide strategic and operational HR support to managers and employees.Advise on labor law, employee relations, organizational changes, and HR policies.Support talent management, performance management, and learning initiatives.Promote HR compliance and drive effective implementation of HR programs.Preparatory PayrollCollect, validate, and prepare all payroll‑relevant data.Act as the main contact for external payroll service providers in Algeria.Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.Support audits, reporting, and documentation processes.Recruiting (Partial Responsibilities)Support end‑to‑end recruitment, from job posting to candidate selection.Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.Cooperate closely with international Talent Acquisition teams.RequirementsUniversity degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.Several years of experience in a generalist HR or HRBP role.Experience with preparatory payroll is a strong advantage.Knowledge of Algerian labor law and HR processes is beneficial.Excellent English skills (mandatory) and strong communication abilities in French and/or Arabic.High level of ownership, reliability, and a hands‑on mindset.Ability to work in an international environment and manage multiple priorities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
