We deliver high-quality 1-to-1 English classes for children and young learners worldwide, supported by professional teachers from the Philippines and North America.</p><h3>🚀About the Role</h3><p>As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced<b>HR Business Partner (HRBP)</b>to join our expanding team. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people initiatives that support business objectives and enhance organizational performance.</p><ul><li>Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and provide strategic HR solutions.</li><li>Drive performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.</li><li>Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance.</li><li>Support organizational changes, including restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.</li><li>Manage employee relations cases, conduct investigations, and propose resolutions.</li><li>Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and support data-driven decisions.</li><li>Coordinate with the HR team on recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements for greater HR efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Bachelor's degree and above in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in HR business partnering role</li><li>Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement.</li><li>Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written); Chinese language skills are preferred</li><li>Open to Saudi nationals only</li></ul><p>If you are a motivated HRBP ready to grow fast and make an impact, we’d love to meet you.</p><p>Apply now and accelerate your career with 51Talk.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
