Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated HR Associate to support the human resources team with day‑to‑day activities, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality while delivering exceptional service to employees and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with recruitment processes, including posting roles, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidatesMaintain accurate employee records and HR data in HRIS and paper filesSupport onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a positive new‑hire experienceRespond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and proceduresAssist with performance management processes, training coordination, and development initiativesPrepare internal communications, reports, and dashboards for HR metricsSupport payroll and benefits administration as neededEnsure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policiesParticipate in HR projects and process improvement initiativesRequired Qualifications2‑4 years of experience in human resources or a related fieldStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency with HR information systems and MS Office SuiteAbility to handle confidential information with integrity and discretionPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related fieldExperience with applicant tracking systems and payroll/benefits platformsFamiliarity with labor laws and HR best practicesCertification such as SHRM‑CP or PHR is a plusSkills And CompetenciesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem‑solving abilitiesProject management and multitasking aptitudeCustomer‑service mindset with a service‑oriented approachTeam collaboration and adaptability in a fast‑paced environmentEducation and CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredRelevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR) are advantageousPreferable– Master in Performance Management#J-18808-Ljbffr
