HR & Admin Manager - Saudi Local NationalOur client, a global MNC and a leading pioneering in the building materials, with a strong presence in building materials products. With decades of excellence and innovation, the company continues to expand its footprint across the Middle East and beyond.Position Title:HR & Admin ManagerNationality Requirement:Saudization'sExperience Required:8–10 yearsSalary -TBD (Based on Experience)Industry Background:Experience in Multinational Corporations (MNCs), Large Holding Groups, or Construction / Building Material companiesEducation:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field from arecognized Western institution (Europe, North America, Australia, or equivalent).Position OverviewThe HR & Admin Manager will lead the Human Resources and Administration functions in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a strategic HR professional who can drive organizational development, employee engagement, and compliance, while ensuring smooth administrative operations. The candidate must have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and prior experience in manufacturing preferably in the building materials industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.Lead recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent.Oversee performance management systems, employee development, and succession planning.Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, regulations, and company policies.Drive employee engagement programs, training, and capability-building initiatives.Manage compensation & benefits, payroll, and HR budgeting.Provide guidance to management on employee relations and conflict resolution.Supervise administrative functions including office management, facilities, and employee services.Partner with leadership to foster a positive, productive, and inclusive work culture.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field from arecognized Western institution (Europe, North America, Australia, or equivalent).Experience: Minimum 8 years of progressive HR and Administration experience in a manufacturing environment; preference for candidates with experience in building materials manufacturing.Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance standards.Proven track record in strategic HR leadership and policy development.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.Saudi Nationals are highly preferred for this role.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer in the region.Dynamic work environment with professional growth opportunities.Upload your resume and our tool will compare it to the requirements for this job like recruiters do.#J-18808-Ljbffr
