The HR & Admin Manager will oversee daily human resources and administrative operations, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, policy implementation, benefits management, and compliance. The role also involves organizing office operations, managing facilities, maintaining employee records, and supporting organizational goals through strategic HR initiatives.QualificationsProficiency in HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relationsPractical knowledge of compliance, benefits administration, and policy developmentAdministrative skills in office management, facilities coordination, and record-keepingStrong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work independently and solve problems effectivelyBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldFamiliarity with labor laws and HR software toolsPrevious management experience in HR and administrationExperience in the pet care or nutrition industry is a plus but not requiredFluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
