<div><h3>Job Summary</h3><p>HR Officer is responsible for employee services by implementing internal policies, managing human resources operations, and fulfilling all employee requests in accordance with approved standard procedures.</p><h3>Key Duties And Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Ensuring the company policies and procedures are followed</li><li>Stay up to date on labour laws and regulations to ensure the organization is compliant.</li><li>Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, which may include orientation, paperwork completion, training, and all other hiring process.</li><li>Assist with recruitment efforts by creating job descriptions, advertising positions, and screening resumes.</li><li>Issuing and documenting employee contracts on the Qiwa platform.</li><li>Maintain employee records and keep it up to date, including attendance, time off, and performance reviews.</li><li>Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.</li><li>Implementing all employee requests such as letters, vacations, flight reservations, end-of-service calculating and other services in accordance with approved regulatory procedures.</li><li>Following up on the renewal of residency and work permits and avoiding delays and fines.</li><li>Preparing periodic reports covering all HR operation.</li><li>Managing medical insurance operations including deletion, addition and promotion in accordance with approved policies and procedures.</li><li>Contribute to the development and implementation of employee relations programs.</li><li>Performing other tasks assigned by the direct manager within the limits of the jurisdiction.</li></ul><h3>Experience, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.</li><li>Strong understanding of employment law and best practices.</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in HR software and information systems.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written (preferred).</li><li>Proficiency in common office software programs (like Microsoft Office) is essential.</li></ul><h3>KPIs Related To The Role</h3><ul><li>Commitment to implementing and implementing approved policies and procedures.</li><li>Regular updating of employee files.</li><li>Commitment to providing documented contracts for all employees.</li><li>Accuracy in calculating and recording leave balances and calculating end-of-service gratuity according to the work system.</li><li>Accuracy in preparing salary files, disbursement and deduction requests, and overtime</li><li>Accuracy in preparing periodic and monthly reports</li><li>Quick response to employee requests for letters of introduction or any letter within the scope of competence.</li><li>Commitment to uploading wage protection files without delay and without any errors.</li></ul><h3>Coordination and Follow-up</h3><p>Coordination and follow-up with the financial department in payment requests (payment of government fees - service bills - employee loans - secondment requests ..... etc.) and providing all employee needs within the scope of competence</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
