The role ensures compliance with housing policies, safety standards, and employee welfare initiatives.RESPONSABILITIESSupervise daily housing operations, ensuring accommodation standards meet hotel policy and regulatory requirements.Coordinate room assignments, move‑ins, move‑outs, and room changes efficiently.Monitor housekeeping, maintenance, and repair requests within staff housing and ensure timely resolution.Conduct regular inspections of housing facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hygiene standards.Maintain accurate housing records, occupancy reports, and inventory of furniture, appliances, and supplies.Address and resolve team member complaints or concerns related to accommodation promptly and professionally.Implement and enforce housing policies and safety regulations consistently.Coordinate with P&C, finance, and operations teams for budgeting, utility management, and allocation planning.Support employee welfare initiatives, ensuring housing contributes to overall team engagement and satisfaction.Train junior housing staff or attendants on housing operations, safety standards, and service expectations.Embrace and practice the company’s legacy values and competencies in all clients, team, and stakeholder interactions.Collaborate with the Health & Safety department to address any reported issues or incidents within staff accommodation.Ensure a safe and secure living environment for all team members.Ensure all contracts related to licenses or staff housing are in place, up to date, and compliant with regulations.Research and identify suitable staff accommodation when required.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEDiploma in hospitality, facilities management, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in staff housing, facilities management, or operations, preferably in a hotel environment.Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards for accommodation.Strong organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.SKILLS & COMPETENCIESFacilities & Accommodation Management – Ensures operational efficiency in housing services.Health, Safety & Hygiene Awareness – Maintains high standards of safety and cleanliness.Team Member Support & Service Orientation – Demonstrates care and responsiveness to employee needs.Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Handles housing issues quickly and effectively.Operational Discipline – Enforces policies and procedures consistently.Communication & Coordination – Works collaboratively with internal departments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
