Housekeeping Supervisor

OverviewSalayel Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations across its properties in Abu Dhabi. The role is responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction while leading and supporting the housekeeping team in line with brand standards and UAE regulations.ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily housekeeping activities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areasConduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are metTrain, guide, and motivate housekeeping team members to maintain performance and productivityPrepare duty rosters, manage attendance, and allocate manpower effectivelyEnsure correct usage, storage, and control of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and suppliesCoordinate with Engineering and Front Office for maintenance issues and room status updatesHandle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related complaints professionallyMaintain linen, uniform, and amenities inventory controlEnsure compliance with UAE health, safety, and hygiene regulationsSupport the Housekeeping Manager with reports, audits, and operational requirementsRequirements & QualificationsMinimum 2–4 years of experience in hotel housekeeping operationsPrior experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Room Attendant is mandatoryExperience within the UAE hospitality sector is preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsGood knowledge of housekeeping SOPs, cleaning standards, and chemicalsAbility to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidaysGood command of English (additional languages are an advantage)What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits as per UAE labor lawAccommodation, transportation, and duty meals (as per company policy)Medical insurance and annual leaveCareer growth opportunities within Salayel Hospitality#J-18808-Ljbffr
