You must have excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively train, motivate, and supervise our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. A strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this position. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
