The successful candidate should be able to manage and lead a team of housekeeping staff while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality services and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:• Manage and support the housekeeping staff.• Prepare daily housekeeping schedules, assign duties and tasks to staff.• Monitor the performance of the housekeeping staff and ensure quality standards are met.• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, lounges, lobbies and other areas for cleanliness.• Ensure that all safety regulations and procedures are followed by employees.• Liaise with vendors for procurement of materials required for cleaning operations.• Maintain accurate inventory records of cleaning materials, linen supplies and other related items.• Monitor guest feedbacks on service quality and take necessary corrective action as needed.Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or related field with 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a hotel/hospitality setting.• Proven experience in managing a large team of housekeeping staff is essential.• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations related to hotel/hospitality industry is required.• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail is needed.We are ready to consider foreigners for this position!
