Housekeeping Manager vacancy in Umm-Said QatarWe are in search of a highly experienced and skilled Housekeeping Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Umm-Said, Qatar. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the housekeeping department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are kept clean and well-maintained.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including room cleaning, laundry services, and public area maintenanceDevelop and implement procedures for efficient and effective housekeeping practicesTrain and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service deliveryConduct regular inspections to ensure all rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are clean and well-maintainedMonitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies and linens to ensure adequate stock levels at all timesLiaise with other departments to ensure timely delivery of guest requests or special cleaning needsMaintain budget control by effectively managing labor costs, supplies, and equipment expensesRequirementsMinimum 3 years experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotel settingStrong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a diverse teamExcellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam or Arabic is an advantage)Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemicals usage, OSHA regulationsAbility to work flexible hours including weekends and holidaysSalary: The salary for this position is $1800 per month.If you have a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
