Housekeeping coordinator

Job DescriptionCoordinate daily housekeeping activities and assign tasks to room attendants and supervisors.Update room status in the system and ensure all information is accurate and communicated in real time.Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring they are logged and followed through.Maintain clear communication between Housekeeping, Front Office, and Engineering departments.Manage lost and found items, ensuring proper documentation and secure storage.Monitor inventory of linens, amenities, and supplies; assist with ordering and stock control.Prepare daily reports such as occupancy, room discrepancy, and staff productivity.Handle scheduling, monthly attendance, payroll and administrative tasks for the department.Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed.Support the Executive Housekeeper and Supervisors in daily operations and special projects.QualificationsPrevious experience in a housekeeping or administrative role (hotel experience preferred).Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Proficient in hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Oasys) and Microsoft Office.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong teamwork skills.Additional InformationOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.Why work for Accor?We are far more than a worldwide leader.
