OverviewHouse ManagerLocation: Ar-Ruwais, Saudi ArabiaWe are currently hiring a House Manager for our client in Ar-Ruwais, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a Pakistani or Malayalee national with excellent English communication skills. This is an English speaking job, so fluency in the language is essential.ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise household staff, including scheduling and trainingOversee housekeeping duties to ensure the residence is clean and well-maintained at all timesCoordinate with contractors and vendors for any maintenance or repairs neededKeep track of household expenses and create budgets as neededPlan and organize events or parties hosted at the residenceManage inventory of household supplies and groceriesEnsure security protocols are followed to maintain safety of the propertyRun errands as needed, such as grocery shopping or picking up dry cleaningQualificationsMinimum high school diploma or equivalent qualificationPrevious experience in a similar role preferred but not requiredExcellent communication skills in English - both written and verbalAbility to manage a team effectively and delegate tasks efficientlyGood organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordinglyMust be able to work independently with minimal supervisionWillingness to work flexible hours as neededMust have a valid driver's license
