We are looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests handling reservations and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests and provide a warm and hospitable reception.Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.Handle inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services.Manage and process payments and invoices accurately.Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction.Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.Follow all hotel policies and procedures.Salary: 2500 AED - 3000 AED (Monthly)Experienced and Freshers Both can ApplyThe company provides Visa with all benefits according to UAE law.
