OverviewHotel Manager for Luxury Hotel in Doha, QatarWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all hotel departments, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction, and managing a team of staff members.ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departmentsEnsure that all staff members are properly trained and motivated to provide exceptional service to guestsMonitor and analyze financial performance of the hotel and implement strategies to increase profitabilityDevelop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other business partnersConduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are metWork closely with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional strategies and attract new businessHandle guest complaints or issues in a professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction is maintainedMonitor employee performance and provide feedback, coaching, and discipline when necessaryMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competition in the market, and local events/attractionsQualificationsBachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferredMinimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role within a luxury hotel settingExcellent communication skills in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of staff membersProven track record of achieving financial targets through effective cost control measuresAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detailFamiliarity with property management systems (PMS) such as Opera or FidelioMust be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if neededSalary and other detailsSalary: 1800$ per monthLocation: Doha, Qatar (candidates currently residing in Qatar will be given preference)Accommodation: This role does not include accommodation, so candidates must already have a place to live in DohaGender: This role is open to both male and female candidatesApplicationIf you are a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager looking for a new challenge in a luxury hotel setting, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity in Doha, Qatar.#J-18808-Ljbffr
