Hotel Manager (Part-Time, Indian Nationals Preferred)We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and managing a team of staff.Responsibilities:Manage and supervise all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departmentsEnsure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining excellent customer service standardsDevelop and implement strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenueManage the budget and finances of the hotel, including monitoring expenses and revenueRecruit, train, and mentor staff to provide exceptional service to guestsMonitor and maintain the quality of hotel facilities and servicesHandle any guest concerns or complaints in a professional mannerCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operationsRequirements:Indian nationality preferredPrevious experience in hospitality management or related field is an asset but not requiredExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work flexible hours as neededFluency in English is an advantage but not requiredMust be able to provide own accommodationIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for hospitality and customer service, we would love to hear from you.
