You must have previous experience in a hotel management role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.ResponsibilitiesManage all departments within the hotel including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and financeDevelop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and improve overall profitabilityTrain and mentor staff to maintain high levels of guest service and satisfactionEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standardsMonitor guest reviews and address any issues or complaints promptlyCollaborate with other department heads to ensure smooth operation of the hotelQualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in a hotel management roleStrong leadership skills with ability to motivate and inspire a teamExcellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills preferred)Knowledge of budgeting and financial reportingUnderstanding of sales and marketing strategies for hotelsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentWe offer a competitive salary package with visa sponsorship for Indian nationals.
