Hotel Manager

OverviewHotel Manager position in Doha, Qatar. We are seeking Indian candidates with a strong background in hotel management for a contract basis. Per government regulations, the candidate must have a valid biometric passport.ResponsibilitiesOversee all operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departmentsDevelop and implement strategies to ensure the smooth running of the hotel and increase profitabilityTrain and manage staff to provide exceptional service to guestsMaintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotelMonitor guest satisfaction and respond to any issues or complaints in a timely mannerEnsure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures as well as local laws and regulationsRequirementsMinimum of 5 years experience in hotel management roleStrong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a diverse teamExcellent communication skills with fluency in English (Hindi or other Indian languages preferred)Experience working in a luxury hotel setting is highly desiredKnowledge of Qatar's hospitality industry is an advantageThis is a contract position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
