Representing the RIKAS brand, the Hostess ensures a welcoming atmosphere while managing reservations and guest flow in line with brand standards.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest ExperienceWelcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrivalEnsure guests feel valued, comfortable, and well-attended throughout their visitEscort guests to their tables and present menus according to service standardsReservations & Seating ManagementManage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists using the restaurant booking systemOptimize table allocation in coordination with the service and management teamsHandle VIP guests and special requests with discretion and attention to detailCommunication & CoordinationMaintain constant communication with the floor team to ensure smooth operationsAccurately communicate waiting times and manage guest expectationsEscalate guest feedback or concerns to management when requiredBrand RepresentationUphold RIKAS grooming, uniform, and appearance standards at all timesRepresent the brand values through professional behavior and positive attitudeEnsure the host desk and entrance area remain organized and presentableQualificationsPrevious experience as a Hostess in an upscale or lifestyle restaurant preferredExcellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)Strong interpersonal and customer-service skillsAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressureConfident, polished, and guest-oriented personality#J-18808-Ljbffr
