The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination of hospitality services. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and manage sales proposals, contracts, and negotiations with clients.Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long‑term partnerships.Manage guest inquiries and follow‑ups to convert leads into confirmed bookings.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event planning and guest experiences.Track sales performance, generate reports and provide insights for business growth.Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.Requirements:Fluency in Arabic language.13 years of experience in hospitality sales, catering or reservations.Strong knowledge of F&B operations, hotel booking systems, and event planning.Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).Experience with event sales and group reservations in hotels or restaurants.Familiarity with UAE hospitality industry standards and client preferences.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools is an advantage.Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple client requests efficiently.If you’re passionate about hospitality sales and eager to grow in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.
