Hospitality & Beauty Recruiter role overview: Career Land Center is looking for an experienced recruiter to work remotely on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for independent recruiters who can manage both candidate recruitment and employer acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesWork remotely and manage recruitment activities independentlySource candidates for hospitality and beauty roles using multiple channels (job portals CRM social media referrals etc.)Headhunt qualified candidates at various levelsConsult and guide candidates throughout the recruitment processMaintain and manage candidate data using CRM systemsWork with potential clients and employers in hospitality and beauty sectorsMake cold calls outreach and follow-ups to attract new employersPresent recruitment services and close employer agreementsCoordinate interviews and communication between candidates and employersMeet placement and client acquisition targetsEmployersMiddle East-based employers including hotels restaurants resorts and beauty salonsRequirementsProven experience in headhunting or recruitment (hospitality and/or beauty industry preferred)Experience using CRM systemsStrong sourcing skills through social media and online platformsConfidence in cold calling and client outreachAbility to work independently and manage your own pipelineStrong communication and consulting skillsCompensationCommission-only structureCommission paid per successful placement and/or client acquisitionUnlimited earning potential based on performanceWork ArrangementFully remoteFlexible working hours#J-18808-Ljbffr
