<div><h3>Hospital Specialist – Governmental Sector, Riyadh</h3><ul><li>Riyadh Plants</li><li>On-site</li><li>Permanent Full-Time</li><li>Posted: 7 Apr 2026</li></ul><h3>About the job</h3><p>Danone MENA is looking for a talented<b>Hospital Specialist – Governmental Sector</b>to be based in<b>Riyadh, KSA</b>.</p><p>In the context of Specialized Nutrition MENA, the candidate will be responsible to grow the category and gain share and also to further accelerate our business locally through supporting the field team in the relevant channel. This is done in line with corporate guidelines and strategies by planning and executing sales plans and developing partnerships with key stakeholders&medical institutions as well as our distributor in the country. In summary, manage the day‑to‑day hospital management responsibilities and sales operations and have overall business scope accountability.</p><p><b>Hospital Management:</b></p><ul><li>Collect data from the field team related to the business on a monthly basis for full analysis then present to Line Manager.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and consumption in key accounts to avoid overstock or shortages by communicating with the Danone team monthly.</li><li>Integrate the data with our distributor to support Danone’s business growth.</li><li>Handle quotations, delivery notes, and delivery of goods to accounts in coordination with Distributor team.</li><li>Ensure distributor team’s strong engagement to maintain proper communication and achieve Danone’s objectives.</li></ul><p><b>Stakeholder Management:</b></p><ul><li>Internal: Coordinate with the field team in assigned regions to ensure cohesive efforts and support. Work cooperatively with Field Managers to achieve Danone Objectives.</li><li>External: Identify and map key stakeholders in the hospitals landscape. Develop strategies to engage and manage relationships with identified stakeholders effectively.
