Hook-up Lead (O-1568-Q)

ResponsibilitiesReporting to Head of Hook-up, the Hook-up Lead is responsible for leading the NFXP Offshore Hook-up requirements for NFXP Topsides to ensure objectives are met within the approved scope, budget, and schedule. Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with safety and quality standards applicable. Must be able to execute work both Onshore and Offshore as needed including rotational assignments as required. Interfaces with Contractor Marine Warranty Surveyor and Contractor Hook Up teamLeads all Hook-up requirements of the Project, to ensure the technical objectives are met within the approved scope, budget, and schedule.Accountable for Topsides & STP hook-up work produced by the Project. Interfaces with various project teams and departments on resolving related issues that require effective communication, initiative, flexibility, and an ability to induce collaboration.QualificationsEngineering degree/diploma is required. Technical or knowledge requirements may be waived through relevant work experience. Extensive Offshore experience in Hook Up Supervisory Role. Required to have offshore survival certificate and be able to pass an offshore medical evaluation. OPITO certification is considered a plus.Hook-Up Offshore experience with EPC contractors, sub-contractors and vendors involved in the oil and gas industry. Worldwide experience with contractors in particular those involved in the Offshore LNG production facilities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.Demonstrates willingness to tackle a variety of tasks in response to evolving business needs.Minimum 10 years of major project experience, at least 8 years demonstrated senior engineering, installation and hook up experience in similar Topside major capital projects experience on similar position on major pipeline projects offshore, experience of Middle Eastern shipyards with multilingual workers, experience in offshore installation activities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
