Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Homeroom Teacher who is a Native English Speaker (Nationality preferred South African/USA/UK) for one of the top schools in Al Ain to join their expanding team. As a Homeroom Teacher, you will create a positive and engaging learning environment for students. You will be expected to develop and implement lesson plans, provide constructive feedback to students, and collaborate with other faculty members to ensure the overall success of the educational program.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the school's curriculum program.Experience in British or American Curriculum.Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students.Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall educational experience.Participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Education or related field.A valid teaching license or certification, like QTS or PGCE.Native English speaker.Minimum 2 years of recent classroom experience, preferably in an American or British curriculum school.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Passion for education and a commitment to the success of all students.BenefitsSalary: TBDAccommodationVisaAir TicketMedical Insurance#J-18808-Ljbffr
